How safe is my personal information?

  • Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process.

What can I do if I lost my password?

  • That's ok – it happens to us too. Just click the 'Forgot Password?' link on any login screen and follow the steps to reset your password.

Do you share my personal information?

  • We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other companies (other than to specific merchants you are interacting with, or to third party apps or service providers being used by the merchants you are interacting with). 
  • We collect your personal information when you use or access to the store, such as when you place an order or sign up for an account on our site. We use this information to verify your account.

Are all of your products are genuine?

  • Yes, all our products are 100% authentic.

Can I get more information on a product?

  • Yes. If you need additional information about product just email us.

Payment and Delivery

What currencies can I use?

  • We only accept payment in US Dollars at 'Checkout' page, however your transaction will be subject to currency conversion by bank. Please note your bank may charge you an International Transaction Fee.

What courier do you use for deliveries and How long does it take?

  • Depending on the items you purchase and the destination of your order, shipping methods will vary. This will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or DHL. Your order may ship in multiple packages so we're able to deliver your order faster. United States Postal Service (USPS) - our most affordable & most popular option. We use USPS to send most part of our orders. 
    • Continental U.S. Standard Shipping usually takes from 3 to 6 business days, Express Shipping - up to 3 days.
    • International delivery times may vary, but usually takes 7-14 business days (Standard delivery) and up to 7 business days for orders with Express International Shipping. Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

Can you ship your products anywhere?

  • Yes! We provide International Delivery to more than 180 countries. International shipping prices starts from $24.95.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover, JCB, Diners Club International) and PayPal.

Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?

  • Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

What about duties, customs, and additional fees?

  • We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect value added taxes, duties and customs fees. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.

    Return and cancellation

    What is your Return policy? How do I return or exchange an item?

    • If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it. All you need is your proof of purchase and original packaging. Unless otherwise provided by the Vendor, you have 15 days from delivery to follow our quick and easy return procedure. Item must be unused and never worn in order to return them.
      • Email us at ew.us.retail@gmail.com, letting us know that you will be returning / exchanging an item.
      • Include your original invoice in your package.
      • Write the Return Reason and send us by email.
      • Ship the package to address which you receive by email (Send your package back to us via your shipping method of choice. Be sure to use a method that provides a tracking number).
    • Returns made within 15 days of purchase qualify for a full refund or exchange.
    • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

    How do I cancel an order?

    • If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we will make to change or cancellation straight away wherever possible. Please note we cannot guarantees to change orders prior to shipping but we will try our best to do so.
    • If you have already received your order then email us at ew.us.retail@gmail.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to address which you receive by email. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order.
